The indomitable sound of Afro-Brazilian artist Luedji Luna returns to Europe in spring/summer 2024.
Luedji is a fascinating and spiritual force. Considered a Brazilian music sensation, she stands out on the music scene by mixing sounds of Bahian and African drums with a elegant and sassy jazz.
The singer presents her concert “Bom Mesmo É Estar Debaixo d’Água”, full of jazz, samba de Roda and Afoxé. Acclaimed by the public and critics, it was nominated for the 2021 Latin Grammy for “Best MPB Album” and has been awarded “Best Album of the Year” at the WME Music Awards.
A union of jazz fusión, R&B, MPB and cool African rhythms overflows with Luedji’s compositions. Together with the artist’s songs, lyrics and poetry, she was consecrated as one of the most prominent figures of the Brazilian neo-MPB.
